The transformation of Pate Field at Luman Harris Park into the new Miracle League Field was a significant milestone for our community. Named after longtime Parks and Recreation Board member Mrs. Jennie Pate, the field is a testament to Gardendale's commitment to inclusivity and community spirit.
This 15,900 sq. ft. baseball field is specifically designed to accommodate athletes with special needs. As part of the national Miracle League organization, the field provides a safe and supportive environment where all children, regardless of physical ability, can experience the joy of playing baseball.
