The Gardendale Municipal Court has jurisdiction over:

Court Sessions
- Municipal Court Sessions: Held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. Docket times are 8:30am & 1:30pm.
- Individuals on the Partial Payment Plan must make payments before noon on the 3rd Wednesday.
Important Reminders:
- Court dates are subject to change.
- Cases cannot be rescheduled on the day of court.
- Messages left do not excuse court absences.
- Review your traffic citation or jail release paperwork for assigned court dates and times.
